Merry Christmas and hello world. :)

I cant believe the year is almost over. Well..officially, there is still about 7 days to the new year. But, you know how Christmas greetings always goes "merry christmas and a happy new year". Makes you feel, that the year is really over by christmas!

Song s-ign has come to a close, and wow, what a experience. Last year, i stood as a reluctant junior, dragging myself to each and every session, 4 times a week. This year, i found so much more joy and anticipation. Besides the helping out, there were the long hours(that could last till midnight), trying to perfect our own senior performance. And this should be my last year as an active seior. As someone aptly put it- " last year, we preformed, this year, we are senior attaches, next year, we will be grand seniors just coming back to comment on mass performances, and in two years, we will just be 路人甲." lol. sadly true, but i guess we shouldn't lament what we can no longer possess, but look back and be grateful for the chances that we had.

The 22nd of dec marked the last day of performance at Junction 8, but i believe it will be the start for all the new volunteers. Its amazing how fast how time flies but no matter how fleeting the moment, i'm glad i got to enjoy it. :)Of course, having a old fren with you along the way also makes it much sweeter. :)

then on the 23rd of dec, met up with a bunch that i have not seen for a long time- My dear schoolmates! Goodness knows when will be the next time we can have another chance to gather like that, with most of us going for exchange. No more gathering round the benches on school days. Im going to miss all the laughter and idle chit chatting. Knowing that they are around makes going to school something so much more enjoyable, and while we are all away, lets not drift too far. 6 months is not a long time i know, but things change. Lets hope our friendship doesnt. And thanks guys for making school life so very uber colourful. Never a dull moment la. :)

Anw, dinner that night was really good, thanks to master chef leigh and her capable assistant cooks(me!daph!lays!). haha



Bacon wrapped mushrooms and asparagus, pasta and apricot pork chops. There was also yummy apple crumble and oreo cheesecake(by char). *slurp*

And definitely good company.




still an hour plus left of christmas. I hope this has been a magical year for all of you. :) cheerio
